广西常住人口结核病防治知识知晓率现况调查

目的了解广西常住人口结核病防治知识知晓率现况，为更有效地开展结核病健康促进工作提供参考。方法经多阶段分层随机抽样，对符合条件的广西常住人口共7266人进行结核病防治知识知晓率问卷调查。结果广西常住人口结核病防治知识8条核心信息总知晓率为34．9％；8条核心信息全部知晓率为1．6％。肺结核主要症状知晓情况前3位是咳嗽（78．8％）、咳痰（50．0％）、消瘦乏力（28．9％）。83．7％的调查对象认为肺结核病能传染，但是只有29．5％能正确回答“只有部分肺结核病人能传染给他人”。结论目前广西常住人口结核病防治知识知晓率处于较低水平，应结合当地特点，充分运用各种有效地大众传媒手段，加强广西常住人口结核病防治知识宣传教育。

Survey of awareness of tuberculosis knowledge among general population in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region

Objective To understand the level of awareness of tuberculosis （TB） knowledge among general population in Guangxi Province, to provide the direction for future TB health promotion. Methods Multilevel stratified random sampling method was used in 14 cities of Guangxi Province and the information was collected from 7266 questionnaires. Results The general awareness rate was 34.9%, the all-accuracy rate of core information was 1.6 %. The top 3 awareness rates of TB symptoms were cough （78.8%）, expectoration （50.0%） and feebleness （28.9%）. 83.7% interviewee considered that TB was communicable, but only 29.5% knew that not all TB were communicable. Conclusion Facing low level of awareness of TB knowledge, full use of mass media should be made to strengthen health education basing on local conditions.
