子宫内膜雌孕激素受体在黄体功能不足患者中的表达

目的：探讨黄体功能不足患者治疗前后子宫内膜雌激素受体（ER）、孕激素受体（PR）的表达，为临床内分泌治疗和预后判断提供理论依据。方眭：对月经周期分泌早期行子宫内膜诊刮经病理证实为黄体功能不足的45例受试患者，按服药前后分为治疗前组与治疗后组，采用免疫组化方法检测子宫内膜ER、PR水平。结果：治疗前组的子宫内膜PR水平明显低于治疗后组，（P〈0．05）；而治疗前组的子宫内膜ER水平无显著性差别（P〉0．05）。结论：黄体功能性不足与子宫内膜局部PR含量不足有关，补充外源性孕激素可使子宫内膜PR水平升高，能达到治疗的作用。（2）子宫内膜的PR可能做为黄体功能性不育的检测指标。

The expression of endometrium estrogen recepter and progesterone receptor in infertile women with luteal insufficiency

Objective: To study the relationship between endometrium receptor of Estrogen Receptor (ER) and Progesterone Receptor (PR) in infertile women with Luteal insufficiency. Methods: Pathology was done on endometrium in 45 cases and determined as Luteal insufficiency, These cases were divided into before-treatment group and after-treatment group. ER and PR expressions were measured by immunohistochemical method. Results: Comparing with two group PR levers, in before-treatment group they were more lower than in after-treatment group (P<0.05); their ER levels had no significance, (P>0.05). Conclusion: It indicated that the external Progesterone may improve the luteal function of the infertile women of Luteal insufficiency and PR is a measure method for infertile women of Luteal insufficiency.
