| 摘 要： | 本文报道１９９３年１０月至１９９５年１月共作经皮二尖瓣球囊扩张术治疗风湿性二尖瓣狭窄５４例。成功５０例，失败４例。５０例病人平均手术前后血液动力学检查资料表明：１．二尖瓣口面积由术前的１．１ｃｍ＾２增加到术扣的２．４ｃｍ＾２；２．二尖瓣跨轵压差由术前的１８ｍｍＨｇ降至术后的８．８ｍｍＨｇ；３．肺动脉平均由术前的３６ｍｍＨｇ降至术后的２７ｍｍＨｇ；

| Abstract: | Between October, 1993 and January, 1995 percutaneous transvenous mitral commissurotomy (PTMC) was performed in 54 cases with rheumatic mitral stenosis. The procedure was successful in 50 cases and failed in 4- Average hemodynamic data before and after PTMC in 50 cases; 1 .Mitial orifice in-. creased from 1.1cm2 to 2. 4cm2. 2(Mitral valve gradient decreased from 18mmHg to 8. 8mmHg. 3,Mean pulmonary pressure decreased from 36 mmHg to 27mmHg. 4(Cardiac index increased from 3L/min/m2 to 3. 7L/min/m2.The authors believe: PTMC is a highly effective and relatively safe nosurgical procedure associated |
