表皮生长因子配伍胰岛素在糖尿病慢性伤口愈合中的应用

目的 :观察表皮生长因子 (EGF)联合胰岛素 (Ins)对糖尿病慢性伤口愈合的影响。方法 :采用自身对照法 ,对 14例具有慢性伤口的糖尿病患者联合应用EGF和Ins ,判断创面修复情况 ,愈合时间及 4周内总愈合率。结果 :EGF联合Ins用于糖尿病慢性伤口 ,明显提高创面修复质量 ,缩短愈合时间 ;治疗组 4周末总愈合率达 88 2 4%高于对照组 ( 42 86% ) ,具有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :EGF与Ins联用能明显促进糖尿病慢性伤口愈合。

Effect of epidermal growth factor plus insulin on healing of cutaneous chronic wounds with diabetes mellitus

Objective To observe the effect of epidermal growth factor(EGF) plus insulin(Ins) on healing of cutaneous chronic wounds with diabetes mellitus.Methods Fourteen cases of diabetes mellitus with chronic wounds received topical treatment with EGF (5000u/ml) and Ins (1u/ml) together.Saline was chosen as the auto control drug.General healing conditions,healing time and healing rates within 4 weeks of wounds were evaluated in comparison with control group.Results General healing conditions of wounds were perfect and healing time was shorten obviously in EGF plus Ins group,healing rate of wounds within 4 weeks was 88.24%,which was obviously higher than that in control group (42.86%)( P <0 01). Conclusion Local application of EGF plus Ins can accelerate healing of cutaneous chronic wounds with diabetes mellitus in clinic.
