CD44v6和PTEN表达与胆管癌生物学行为的关系

目的　探讨CD44v6和抑癌基因PTEN表达与胆管癌生物学行为的关系。方法　用催化信号放大免疫组化方法 ,检测43例胆管癌组织中CD44v6和PTEN蛋白表达 ,综合分析了CD44v6和PTEN蛋白表达与胆管癌临床病理因素间的关系。结果　胆管癌组织中 ,CD44v6和PTEN表达阳性率分别为 62 8% ( 2 7/ 43 )和 3 9 5 % ( 17/ 43 )。CD44v6高表达、PTEN低表达与胆管癌的TNM分期、分化程度和转移密切相关 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　检测CD44v6和PTEN表达提示胆管癌生物学行为不良。

The Expression of CD44v6 and PTEN and Its Relationship with Biological Behaviors of Cholangiocarcinoma

Objective To study the relationship between the expression of CD44v6 and tumor suppressor gene PTEN and biological behaviors in cholangiocarcinomas. Methods The expression of CD44v6 and PTEN in 43 cases of cholangiocarcinoma was detected by immunohistochemical technique.The relationship between expression of CD44v6 and PTEN and the clinicopathological features of cholangiocarcinoma was analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of CD44v6 and PTEN in cholangiocarcinoma was 62.8% and 39.5%,respectively.The high level expression of CD44v6 and the low level expression of PTEN were closely correlated with the TNM staging,differential degree and metastasis of cholangiocarcinoma(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination detection of CD44v6 and PTEN expression may be helpful to predict the biological behaviors of cholangiocarcinomas.
