盘龙七片治疗膝骨性关节炎有效性临床对照观察研究

目的:观察盘龙七片治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效。方法:将120例膝骨性关节炎的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组60例,口服盘龙七片每次3片,每日3次;对照组60例,口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊250mg,每日3次。两组均为6周1个疗程。1个疗程结束后评定其疗效。结果:2组治疗前年龄和性别等一般资料及关节压痛、平地行走痛、静息痛、晨僵等积分无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗后2组在关节压痛、平地行走痛、静息痛、晨僵等症状体征方面均有改善,治疗组疗效优于对照组,且两组疗效有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:盘龙七片是治疗膝骨性关节炎的有效药物。

Therapeutic effect of pill of Bergenia scopulosa T. P. Wang on osteoarthritis of knee joint and Comparative study

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of pill of Bergenia scopulosa T. P. Wang on osteoarthritis of knee joint. Methods:120 patients with osteoarthritis of knee joint were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The 60 patients in treatment group were treated with pill of Bergenia scopulosa T. P. Wang; the other 60 patients in control group were treated with the glucose hydrochloride gelatin capsule,with a treatment course of 6 weeks for both groups. The therapeutic effect was evaluated after one treatment course. Results:Before treatment there was no significant difference in age,sex and course of disease,the integrals of tenderness,rest pain,walking pain and morning rigidity of the knee joints between treatment group and control group(P>0.05),however,after treatment there was a significant difference in the integrals of above functional assessment between the two groups (P<0.05),and The short-term effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:pill of Bergenia scopulosa T. P. Wang is effective in treating osteoarthritis of knee joint
