阿德福韦酯与拉米夫定治疗乙肝肝纤维化疗效的比较

目的比较拉米夫定与阿德福韦酯对慢性乙肝患者肝纤维化指标及血清标志物浓度的影响及其意义。方法将69例慢性乙肝肝纤维化患者随机分为拉米夫定治疗组及阿德福韦酯治疗组，观察肝功能变化及肝纤维化指标：透明质酸（HA）、Ⅳ型胶原（CW）水平；将各组结果进行比较分析。结果拉米夫定治疗组疗效明显低于阿德福韦酯治疗组（P〈0．01），阿德福韦酯治疗组透明质酸（HA）、Ⅳ型胶原（CIV）水平明显高于拉米夫定治疗组（P〈0．01）。结论阿德福韦酯慢性乙肝肝纤维化疗效较拉米夫定理想。

Comparing between Lamivudine and adefovir dipivoxil in treatment of hepatitis B patients with liver fibrosis

Objective To investigate the effects of lamivudine and adefovir dipivoxil on chronic hepati- tis B patients with hepatic fibrosis and changes of serum markers. Methods 69 cases of chronic hepatitis B pa- tients with hepatic fibrosis were randomly divided into lamivudine therapy group and adefovir dipivoxil treatment group to observe the changes in liver function and liver fibrosis markers ： hyaluronic acid （ HA）, Ⅳ collagen （CIV） level; the results for each of the groups were compared. Results Adefovir dipivoxil treated group showed significantly decrease in the expression of hyaluronic acid （ HA）, IV collagen （CIV） level than control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Adefovir dipivoxil therapy showed better efficacy in the treatment of hepatitis B patients with liver fibrosis.
