| 摘 要： | 目的探讨糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)合并急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)患者的临床特征及其相关因素,为临床护士做好预见性护理工作提供借鉴与指导。方法回顾性研究2006年6月至2008年5月入住我院的76例DM合并AMI患者和45例非DM合并AMI患者的一般资料、疾病史、临床症状、心脏方面检查和实验室检查结果,应用STATE7.0软件包对上述临床资料进行χ2检验。结果(1)65.79%的DM合并AMI患者有高血压病史;(2)DM合并AMI患者冠状动脉狭窄程度大于非DM合并AMI患者(P<0.05);(3)36.84%的DM合并AMI发生在凌晨1:00-6:00;(4)DM合并AMI患者HDL-ch下降程度明显大于非DM合并AMI患者(P<0.05)。结论DM合并AMI患者的病情更复杂、危重,临床护士要加强病情观察,做好预见性护理,以减少DM患者严重心血管事件的发生。
