| 摘 要： | 以Ｍａｓｓｏｎ三色染色法，观察血吸虫病兔肝内门静脉、肝动脉、肝窦、中央静脉和小叶间静脉的改变。结果发现，管壁纤维结缔组织增多，中膜平滑肌增殖肥大，中央静脉移位。提示肝内的血管性病变在血吸虫病性门脉高压中具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | The authors observed the changes of intrahepatic blood vessels,including portal viens,hepatic arterics,hepatic sinuses , central veins and interlobular veins in schistosoma-infected rabbits With Masson trichrome stain .The results Showed obvious increase of fibro-connective tissues in blood vessel walls,hypertrophy and hyperplasia of smooth muscles in the middle layer,and dislocation of central veins, It is concluded that vasculopathy of intrahepatic vessels plays an important role in schistosomiasis portal hypertension. |
