| 摘 要： | 目的 提高对假性甲状旁腺功能低下（PHP）症的认识和诊断水平。方法 报告2例PHP的诊治过程并复习献。结果 2例均为男性，年龄分别为10，16岁，其中1例甲状旁腺激素（PTH）水平不高，静脉输镁后升高。结论 PHP是甲状旁腺激素受体缺陷性疾病，血浆PTH升高是诊断PHP的必要条件，当PTH不高时，要想到缺镁的可能。 |

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo improve the level of diagnosis of pseudo-hypoparathyroidism (PHP).Methods2 case of PHPwere reported and the literatures were reviewed.Results2 patients were male and their age were 10 and 16. Serum parathy-roid hormone(PTH)of 1 case wasnt above the normal range, however PTH was increased after the infusion of magnesium.ConclusionsPHP is a disease with abnormal PTH receptor which is insensitive to the hormone. The level of serum PTHin patients with PHP is higher than standard. The deficiency of magnecium should be considered if the level of PTH isnt high. |
