医院感染凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌耐药性研究

目的研究医院感染凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌（CNS）分布规律及耐药性。方法对临床分离的CNS进行鉴定并以K-B法检测药敏。结果在186株CNS中,检出表皮葡萄球菌86株,占46.2%;耐苯唑西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌（MRCNS）116株,占62.4%,MRCNS对12种抗菌药物耐药性明显高于MSCNS;所有CNS对万古霉素均敏感。结论CNS以为重要医院感染菌,适时进行病原学和耐药性检测对临床合理用药具有重要意义。

Hospital infections coagulase-negative staphylococcus resistance study

Objective To study the hospital infection coagulative ferment negative staphylococcus(CNS)distribution rule and the drug resistance.Methods To carry on the appraisal to clinical separation CNS and was sensitive by the K-B law examination medicine.Results In 186 CNSs,examine out 86 of staphylococcus epidermises,takes 46.2%;able to bear benzene thiazole west forest solidify enzyme negative staphylococcus(MRCNS)116,account for 62.4%,MRCNS able to bear to 12 antibacterial medicine nature obviously higher than MSCNS;all CNS to mould and plain and sensitive through the ages.Conclusion CNS think important hospital infect fungus,carry on aetiology and able to bear nature detection use medicine rationally clinic significant in right time.
