广西城乡居民膳食摄入水平与糖代谢异常的关系

摘    要:目的探讨广西城乡居民膳食摄入水平与糖代谢异常的关系。方法按照多阶段随机抽样法,分别抽取广西4个城市和4个农村共2281名18岁及以上城乡居民进行调查,内容包括膳食调查、体格检查和血糖检测。结果共检出糖尿病37例,空腹血糖受损(IFG)26例,糖代谢异常患病率为2.8%。其中城市1020人,糖尿病26例,IFG15例,糖代谢异常患病率为4.0%;农村1261人,糖尿病11例,IFG11例,糖代谢异常患病率1.7%,城市居民糖代谢异常率高于农村,差别有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。单因素分析显示,城市居民糖代谢异常者畜肉、畜禽肉、腌菜、油脂摄入量高于血糖正常人群。差别有统计学意义(P〈0.05);农村糖代谢异常者酒摄入量高于血糖正常人群,差别有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。经Logistic多因素分析显示,腌菜(OR=1.36)、油脂(0R=1.33)是广西城乡居民糖代谢异常的膳食危险因素,而薯类食物是保护因素(OR=0.80)。结论膳食因素与广西城乡居民糖代谢异常发生关系密切。

The Study on the Relationship between Diet Intake and Impaired Glucose Metabolism in Adult Residents in Guangxi

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between diet intake and diabetes mellitus (DM) and impaired fasting glucose (IFG) in adult residents in Guangxi, so as to provide scientific basis for dietary prevention. Methods 2 281 people (1 020 from urban areas and 1 261 from rural areas) aged 18 years and above were selected from 4 cities and 4 countrysides in Guangxi through a multistage stratified random sampling. The investigation included the meal investigation, medical examination and blood assay. Results Total 37 people (26 from urban and 11 from rural) Suffered from DM and 26 people (15 from urban and 11 from rural) had IFG, the general prevalence rate of Impaired Glucose Metabolism (IGM) was 2.8% (4.0% for urban and 1.7% for rural); It showed that the prevalence of IGM in city was obviously higher than that in the countryside (P〈0.01). The single factor analysis indicated that the intakes of domestic animals, domestic animals and poultry, pickle and fat in IGM were higher than those in normal people in city (P〈 0.05); and the intake of alcohol in IGM were higher than that in normal people in country,(P〈0.01). The muhifactor Logisie regression analysis indicated that the excessive intake of pickle (OR= 1.36) and fat (OR= 1.33)was the risk factor in IGM, while the sweet potato (OR=0.80) was probably protective factor. Conclusions The dietary factors are closely related to the development of DM and IFG in Guangxi.
