锡类散配合微波治疗宫颈糜烂254例疗效观察

目的:观察应用锡类散配合微波治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法:将254例宫颈糜烂Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ度患者随机分为治疗组(127例),对照组(127例)。治疗组微波治疗宫颈糜烂面后,用锡类散棉球阴道上药。对照组单纯微波治疗宫颈糜烂面,比较两组的疗效。结果:治疗组127例,痊愈99例,好转26例,无效2例,总有效率98.4%;对照组127例,痊愈61例,好转50例,无效16例,总有效率87.4%,两组有显著差异(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:锡类散配合微波治疗宫颈糜烂,可有效的减少出血,缓解宫颈水肿,减少阴道排液,对创面愈合有显著的疗效。

Therapentic Efficacy of Xilei San Matching Microwave in Cervical Erosion

Objective: To study Xilei san matching microwave in the treatment of cervical erosion.Method: 254 patients with cervical erosion(Including I,II,III degree) were randomly treated by Xilei san matching microwave(n=127) or microwave(n=127).Cotton balls were used in patients with cervical erosion after microwave in Xilei san matching microwave groups:.Patients were then observed.Result: There were 99 cases healed,26 cases improved,and 2 cases failed in groups of Xilei san matching microwave.There were 61 cases healed,50 cases improved,and 16 cases failed in groups of microwave.Total effective rate of groups of Xilei san matching microwave was 98.4% but microwave 87.4%%.There were significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Xilei san matching microwave is safe and effective in the treatment of cervical erosion owing to decreasing hemorrhage,edema of uterine neck and drainage of vagina.
