| 摘 要： | 本文报道小儿先天性巨大肾积水25例。其中11例行肾切除术;14例行肾盂输尿管成形术。作者指出,巨大肾积水系指其容积而言,并非说明其肾脏功能完全丧失。常规IVP造影不显影者,不能作为肾切除术的指征。应依据肾脏病理改变、肾实质厚度及对侧肾功能情况选择手术方式。

| Abstract: | 25 cases of congenital giant hydronephrosis in children are reported in this article. Their age ranged from 6 months to 12 years. 11 cases had nephrocctomy and 14 cases had pheloplasty, reobstruction occured in only one case after operation. Giant hydronephrosis actually means the volume of the kidney and does not mean lossing of its function. No filling of the kidney by routine IVP examination is not the indication of nephroectomy.The operation program should be determined according to the pathological changes and the thickness of the kidney. |
