舌鳞癌DNA倍体性和S期细胞比率与其预后关系

对７２例舌鳞癌根治术后病者作随访复查和用流式细胞仪对其石蜡包埋标本作ＤＮＡ含量测量。结果５年生存率为５６．９％，５年内死亡者和５年存活者异倍体率分别为６４．５％和４１．５％（Ｐ＞０．０５），而高Ｓ期细胞比率（ＳＰＦ）分别为９０．３％和４１．５％（Ｐ＜０．０１）。有颈淋巴转移者五年生存率（２８．６％）低于无颈淋巴转移者（６８．６％）（Ｐ＜０．０５）。两者异倍体率和高ＳＰＦ分别有显著差异和非常显著差异。高ＳＰＦ在临床期之间、Ｃ１和Ｇ２之间均有明显差异。提示ＤＮＡ倍体性与舌鳞癌５年生存率无关，而高ＳＰＦ则有密切关系。认为ＳＰＦ作为估测舌鳞癌的预后有较高的价值。

STUDY OF DNA PLOIDY AND S-SHASE FRACTION IN SQUAMOUSCELL CARCINOMA OF TONGUE AND ITS PROGNOSIS

eventy-two patients with squamous cell carcinoma performed by radical surgery were followed up and the DNA contents of all paraffin-embedded specimens were analysed by flow cytometry. The results showed that 5-year survival rate was 56. 9%,the incidence of aneuploid in patients survival less than 5 years and more than 5 years was 64. 5% and 41. 5% respectively(P>0. 05) ,and the high S phase fraction (SPF) was 90. 3% and 41. 5% respectively (P<0. 01) ,the 5-years survival rate in patents with neck nodal metastasis (28. 6%) was lower than without one (P<0. 05 ) ,there were significant differences in both aneuploid and SPF ,and sig- nificant differences between the clinical stages , G1 and G2 in high SPF. The results indicated that 5-year sur- vival rate of squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue was not related to the DNA ploidy and was obviously con- cerned with the high SPF, It is considered that SPF play a more important role in judging the prognosis of pa- tient with squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue.
