外阴Bowen''''s病8例分析

目的:总结外阴Bowen's病的临床病理特点、治疗方法和预后.方法:回顾性分析我院1993年2月至2000年1月收治的8例外阴Bowen's病的临床资料.结果:8例外阴Bowen's病患者的发病年龄为23～57岁,平均年龄38岁,均有不同程度的外阴搔痒及局部斑片状突起.8例中4例行局部肿瘤切除,另4例采用单纯外阴切除术.随诊18个月～8年,其中1例在初次手术后6个月复发,占12.5%,再行单纯外阴切除术,至今已5年无复发.其余7例无复发迹象.结论:外阴Bowen's病是一种特殊类型的外阴皮肤上皮内鳞状上皮癌,局部肿瘤切除或单纯外阴切除可取得良好预后,复发后重复手术仍可得到治愈.

Bowen''''s Disease of the Vulva:Report of 8 Cases

Objective:The purpose of this study was to report the clinical and pathologic features and to evaluate the treatment results of8cases of Bowen's disease of the vulva.Methods:The clinical record of the8cases of Bowen's disease of the vulva,admitted to our hospital for treatment between January,1993and January,2000,were reviewed.The data includ-ing clinical and pathologic features,treatments and posttreatment follow-ups.All of the8cases were given surgery with simple vulvectomy or local resection of vulva.Results:The average age of patients was38years(23-57years).4/8patients was treated by local excision.The others was un derwent a simple vulvectomy.One of the8cases recurred at the6months after the initial lo-cal resection and received the second surgery with simple vulvectomy.There was no evidence of re currence.The others had lived without recurrent for18months to8years after initial treatment.Conclu sions:The prognosis of Bowen's disease of the vulva is fairly good.Local resection of the vulva or simple vulvectomy is the treatment of choice.
