摘    要:目的 对珊瑚羟基磷灰石(CHA)在颈椎手术中的应用进行前瞻性研究。方法 对21例颈椎间盘病变患者采用颈前路椎间盘切除减压CHA植入术,14例颈椎多节段受压或伴有颈椎管狭窄症患者,先颈后路椎板双开门成形CHA植入术。

Abstract:Objective To study prospectively the application of coralline hydroxyapatite porous (CHA) replacement in cervical interbody fusion and doubledoor laminoplasty Methods 21 patients with cervical disc pathology were treated by anterior cervical discectomy with hydroxyapatite porous. 14 patients with extensive multilevel compressive lesions or cervical canal stenosis were treated with doubledoor laminoplasty. The spionous processsplitting space was filled with CHA. The outcome was assessed on clinical criteria and radiography of cervical spine. Results All cases were followed up for 18.3 months on average. The results showed that implantation of coralline hydroxyapatite porous after cervical surgery improved clinical results, and discectomy with CHA provided solid bone union with preservation of anatomical relations of cervical spine. The sagittal canal diameter increased after laminoplasty. The posterior elements were stabilized in open position with CHA. No local or systemic abnormal reaction occurred. Conclusion The cervical discectomy and doubledoor laminoplasty with coralline hydroxyapatite porous appear to be promising.
