电针对局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑组织bFGF、ES表达的影响

摘    要:目的 观察电针对局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠梗死灶周围碱性成纤维细胞因子(bFGF)及内皮抑素(ES)表达的影响.方法 80只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组、电针组,每组10只,采用免疫组织化学(SABC)法观察电针对局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型bFGF、ES表达的影响.结果 电针组bFGF表达明显高于模型组(P<0.01);ES的表达明显低于模型组(P<0.01).结论 电针可增强脑缺血大鼠脑内bFGF的表达,同时降低ES的表达,可能为电针促进脑缺血大鼠缺血区血管新生的机制之一.

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of electro acupuncture(EA) on the expression of basic fibroblastgrowth factor(bFGF) and endostatin(ES) in the cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rats.Methods A SD rat model of focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion was made by filament occlusion.80SD rats were divided randomly into fourgroups:normalgroup,sham-operationgroup,modelgroup and EAgroup,with 10in each.EA wasgiven at "baihui"(GV20)、"shuigou"(GV26) and bilateral"zusanli"(ST36) in the EAgroup.The expression of bFGF and ES was detected with immunohistochemical method.Results The expressions of bFGF in the EAgroup was significantly increased,while the expressions of ES was significantly decreased as compared with those in the modelgroup.Conclusion EA improving ischemic stroke is carried out possibly through up-regulating the expression of bFGF and down-regulating the expression of ES.
