中西医结合治疗异位妊娠58例

目的观察中西医结合治疗异位妊娠的疗效。方法氨甲蝶呤与宫外孕11号方联合用药,动态观察血β-HCG和盆腔包块的吸收情况,有生育要求者,月经复潮6个月内行输卵管通畅试验,以血β-HCG正常和盆腔包块消失为治愈标准。结果异位妊娠治愈率89.66%,输卵管通畅率为78.85%。结论中西医结合治疗异位妊娠疗效高,副作用少,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Analysis of 58 Cases that Integrative Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine to Cure Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective Observe the effect of integrative Chinese medicine and western medicine to cure ectopic pregnancy.Methods Methotrexate(MTX) combined with modifiedgongwai Yun Ⅱ Recipe(GW Y Ⅱ R) in treating ectopic pregnancy(EP),dynamic observation the absorption of serum β-HCG and pelvic mass,the people who have reproductive requirements must do the oviduct tubes test during the 6 month after return of menses,and the cure standard is serum β-HCG normally and pelvic mass disappeared.Result Cure rate of ectopic pregnancy is 89.66%;the rate of tubal patency is 78.85%.Conclusion integrative Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment of ectopic pregnancy with high efficacy and low side effects,and it has high clinical value.
