CT扫描在甲状腺癌术前诊断及病情评估中的价值

目的探讨CT扫描在甲状腺癌术前诊断及病情评估中的价值。方法回顾性分析300例甲状腺癌CT的影像学表现，根据病灶的形态、密度、有无钙化等判定良恶性。结果甲状腺癌的淋巴结转移主要集中在Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅵ4个区域，判断转移淋巴结的敏感度达93．3％，特异度达93．55％。CT可根据组织间隙是否存在、血管壁是否光滑等判断甲状腺癌对周围组织的侵犯。结论对甲状腺疾病的良恶性诊断及复杂甲状腺疾病的术前评估与充分准备有重要作用，能准确判断病变的性质，为手术提供有力的依据。

CT scan in preoperative diagnosis and severity evaluation of thyroid cancer

Objective To discuss the value of CT scan in preoperative diagnosis and severity evaluation of thyroid cancer. Methods CT imaging and their features of 300 cases of thyroid cancer were retrospectively analyzed. The lesion shape, density, calcification and especially the relationship between the tumor and the anatomical structure around it show their unique performance in the CT scan. Results The lymph node metastasis was mainly located in area Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、, and Ⅵ. The sensitivity and specifity of CT scan in judging lymph node metastasis were 93.3% and 93.55% respectively. CT scan helped to evaluate the invasion of thyroid cancer toward the SmTounding tissues according to whether tissue space existed and vessel wall was smooth. Conclusion Comprehensive analysis of CT imaging and clinical data can accurately determine the nature of the disease and provide a strong clinical basis for the surgery.
