| Abstract: | Objective The use of HPLC to content berberine in Lomatogonium rotatum soup-4.Methods Using C18 column,acetonitrile 0.05mol·L-1 KH2 PO4(adjust pH to 3 with H3 PO4 )(30 ∶ 70) as mobile phase;flow rate 1.0ml· min-1;detection wavelength 346nm;column temperature 25℃ .Results The samples of berberine show a good linear relationship in 0.03914 ～ 0.3914μg(r = 0.9999),with an average recovery rate was 99.8%,with RSD 2.62% .Conclusion The method is simple,accurately,specific,and it can be used as concentration of Lomatogonium rotatum soup-4. |
