加减滋癸汤对肝肾阴虚型多囊卵巢综合征高雄激素血症的影响

目的观察加减滋癸汤对肝肾阴虚型多囊卵巢综合征高雄激素血症的疗效。方法采用随机对照的方法将66例辨证为肝肾阴虚型多囊卵巢综合征患者分为中药治疗组和西药对照组（各33例）。中药组口服加减滋癸汤;西药组口服达英-35（Diane-35）。观察治疗前、治疗停药后患者第1、6个月血清性激素、多毛、痤疮的变化。结果①治疗前后两组促卵泡激素（FSH）无明显变化,治疗停药1个月经周期后两组患者促黄体激素（LH）、睾酮（T）、LH/FSH比值均较治疗前降低,有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,停药6个月经周期后,中药组与治疗前比较仍下降明显（P〈0.01）,西药组恢复到治疗前水平（P〉0.05）。②治疗停药1个月经周期后两组痤疮比治疗前均明显改善,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,停药6个月经周期后,中药组较治疗前仍明显改善（P〈0.05）,西药组恢复到治疗前状态（P〉0.05）。③两组治疗前后多毛均无明显变化（P〉0.05）。结论加减滋癸汤可有效改善肝肾阴虚型多囊卵巢综合征高雄激素血症情况。
