| 摘 要： | 针对医学临床实习时间短、学习任务大、需要掌握的东西多等特点,从鼓励学生早期积极参加临床实践活动,实习前进行综合技能训练以及实习中多渠道的综合素质教育等方面介绍了提高学生实习效果的一些做法。

| Abstract: | In view of short duration,heavy study tasks and many things to be learned during clinical practice,the paper introduces our practice to improve students' practice effectiveness in the following aspects: encouraging students to actively participate in clinical practice as early as possible,providing comprehensive skill training before practice and conducting quality-oriented education during practice. |
