| 摘 要： | 目的：优化治糜灵凝胶剂的提取工艺。方法：以干膏得率和苦参碱含量为考核指标，采用正交试验设计法对方中黄柏、苦参水提取工艺进行考察；采用超微粉碎技术对干膏及药材进行粉碎。结果：黄柏、苦参最佳水提方案为提取3次，提取时间分别为2h、1h、1h，加水量分别为10倍、10倍、8倍；超微粉碎出粉率高，细粉粒度均匀。结论：优选的提取工艺科学合理，适于大规模生产。
