摘    要:目的:建立山里红叶提取物中牡荆素鼠李糖苷、金丝桃苷、芦丁含量测定的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,用Hypersil ODS2 C18色谱柱(5μm,5mm×200mm),以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(40:60)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长359nm,柱温35℃。结果:该法线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为牡荆素鼠李糖苷101.2%(RSD=2.3%),金丝桃苷96.9%(RSD=1.8%),芦丁98.9%(RSD=2.6%)(n=6)。结论:该法操作简单,分离效果好,结果准确,专属性强,可作为有效的含量测定方法。

Abstract:Objective : To establish the determination method of the vitexin, hyperin and rutin in the leaf of Crataegus pinnatifida Bge. Var. major N. E. Br. extracting solution. Method: The analysis was performed on a Hypersil ODS2-C18 column(5 μm,5mm × 200mm) with methanol - 0. 1% phosphoric acid(40: 60) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min^-1, and at a column temperature of 35℃. The detection wavelength was 360nm. Results:The linearity of this method was good. The average recovery of added samples was vitexin 101.2% with RSD 2.3% ,hyperin 96. 9% with RSD 1.8% and rutin 98.9% with RSD 2.6% (n =6) . Conclusion : The method is convenient with a good separating degree for the determination of flavonoids and can be used as an effective determination method.
