| 摘 要： | 目的：确定龙血竭缓释滴丸质量标准。方法：通过薄层鉴别方法对处方中龙血竭进行定性鉴别。运用高效液相色谱法对龙血竭中的龙血素B进行含量测定。结果：定性鉴别能从样品中检出相应的斑点；含量测定龙血素B的量在0．12～0．96μg有良好的线性关系，回收率99．09％，RSD1．87％。结论：该制剂有明显的缓释作用，且所建立的方法可靠，能准确地进行定性、定量检测，可用于该制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish the quality standard of sustained - release drop pills of Chinese Dragon＇s Blood. Method：Use the TLC method for qualitative identification. Loureirin B in Chinese Dragon＇s Blood was determined by an HPLC method. Results：The corresponding spots of samples were detected; Good linear relationship of Loureirin B was found from the range 0. 12 to 0. 96μg. The average recovery of Loureirin B was 99. 09% and RSD was 1.87%. Conclusion：The drop pills have obvious sustained -release effects and the method is reliable and accurate for the qualitative and quantitative analysis. It can be used for the quality con- trol of sustained - release drop pills of Chinese Dragon＇s Blood. |
