赤芍总苷提取与大孔树脂纯化工艺研究

摘    要:目的:优化赤芍总苷的提取与大孔树脂纯化工艺。方法:以芍药苷含量为指标,采用正交试验方法探讨乙醇浓度、乙醇用量和提取时间对提取结果的影响;考察大孔树脂型号、吸附流速、树脂径高比、水洗除杂体积、洗脱溶剂浓度、洗脱溶剂体积和上样浓度对纯化结果的影响。结果:选取工艺为12或10倍量(BV)80%乙醇提取,每次1.0h,提取2次,提取液过AB-8型大孔吸附树脂柱(树脂径高比为1∶8),吸附流速1mL.m in^-1,3BV蒸馏水洗涤,5BV20%乙醇洗脱。结论:该工艺简单经济,可用于赤芍的提取与纯化。
