| 摘 要： | 目的：观察麻杏甘石汤加热毒宁注射液治疗儿童疑似甲型H1N1流感的临床疗效。方法：通过对黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院儿科发热门诊120例疑似甲型H1N1流感，中医辨证热毒袭肺证患儿，给予麻杏甘石汤7天，同时静点热毒宁注射液5天，观察治疗前后患儿症状及体征的变化。结果：疾病总有效率为87．50％，中医证候的总有效率为95．83％，在治疗发热、咳嗽、咯痰方面效果尤为明显。结论：麻杏甘石汤加热毒宁注射液治疗儿童疑似甲型H1N1流感中医辨证热毒袭肺证疗效显著。
