美托洛尔、苯那普利、拜新同片对原发性高血压患者心率变异性的影响

目的　探讨美托洛尔、苯那普利、拜新同片对原发性高血压患者心率变异性的影响。方法　将 6 0例高血压患者随机分成三组 ,分别服用美托洛尔、苯那普利、拜新同片 ,治疗前与治疗后 4周做动态心电图监测并进行心率变异性分析。结果　服用美托洛尔、苯那普利组用药后时域指标中 SDNN,SDANN,SONN index均显著增高 (P<0 .0 1) ,频域指标中 L F成份明显下降 ,HF成份明显增加 ,L F/HF也明显下降 (P<0 .0 5或 <0 .0 1) ,而拜新同片在治疗后心率变异比较无显著意义 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论　美托洛尔、苯那普利在降压的同时 ,可改善原发性高血压患者的心率变异性 ,尤以美托洛尔组更为显著 ,而拜新同片在治疗前后则差异无显著性

Effect of metoprolol,benazepril,adalatgits on heart rate variability in patients with essential hypertention

Objective To study the effect of metoprolol,benazepril,adalatgits on heart rate variability in patients with essential hypertention.Methods Sixty cases of hypertention were divided randomly into three groups.Twenty cases were given metoporolol for four weeks(metoprolol group),20 cases were given benazepil for four weeks(benazepril group),20 cases were given adalatgits for four weeks(adalatgits group).Twenty four hour electocardiographic recordings and heart rate variability were observed before and after every four weeks medication.Results In metoprolol group and benazepril group,standard deviation of all normal RR intervals(SDNN)after treatment and standard deviation of the average normal RR intervals for 5 min segments(SDANN),and the average standard deviation of all normall RR intervals for 5 min segments(SDNN index) were increased significantly( P <0.01).Low frequency(LF) was decreased obviously,while high frequency(HF) was increased obviously,LF/HF was remarkably lower( P <0.05 or<0.01).In adalatgits group,there were not marked difference before and after treatment.Conclusion Metoprolol and benazepril may lower blood pressure and improve significantly the heart rate variability in patients with essential hypertention.In adalatgits group the effect was not significant difference before and after treatment.
