| 摘 要： | 借鉴全面质量管理（total quality management，TQM）理论，徐州医学院研究和构建了“高校内部教学质量监控体系”。高校内部教学质量监控长效机制必须建立在全员参与、健全体制、全面考核、全程监控的基础上。在教学质量监控的实践中，强调了“四个到位”，达到了“四个成效”。 |
