| 摘 要： | 目的：总结食管癌贲门癌合并2型糖尿病外科治疗的方法和效果。方法：回顾性分析1984－2000年治疗的食管癌贲门癌合并2糖尿病病人36例，结果：围手术期1例死亡，并发症发生率10／36（27．8％），高于无糖尿病组（P＜0．05），结论；合理的病例选择和正确的围手术期处理可以使此类病人取得较满意的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To summerize methods and the results of cacinoma of esophagus and gastric cardia complicated type 2 diabetes.Methods A retrospective study was carried out.Thirty six patients with cacinoma of esophagus and gastric cardia complicated type 2 diabetes were treated surgeically from 1984 to 2000 before surgery.Results 35 patients were discharged from hospital except 1 death with a hospital mortality rate of 2.8%.Occurrence of total complication was 10/36(27.8%),more than the cases without diabetes(P<0.05).Conclusion The majority of patients with cacinoma of esophagus and gastric cardia complicated type 2 diabetes can tolerate surgery and recover with proper treatment and operative indication. |
