| Abstract: | Satoyoshi syndrome is a rare autoimmune disease characterized by alopecia, painful muscle spasms, diarrhea and secondary skeletal changes. We report a 11 year old girl presenting with the typical features of alopecia totalis, severe muscle spasm and skeletal deformities. |
