| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨BAG-1在非小细胞肺癌（non-small cell lung cancer, NSCLC）中差异的表达，了解其与NSCLC临床病理特征之间的关系。方法：应用免疫组化与RT-PCR方法，检测80例NSCLC 术后癌组织及其癌旁组织标本中BAG-1蛋白与mRNA的表达。结果：BAG-1在NSCLC中阳性表达率71.25%，与癌旁组织相比存在显著差异（P<0.05），并且其表达与肿瘤细胞分化程度有关。结论：BAG-1作为抗凋亡基因在NSCLC的发生发展过程中起了重要作用，可能成为预测NSCLC恶性程度的新的生物学及个体化治疗的敏感指标。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: This study was designed to investigate the expreesion of BAG-1 in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and its clinical significance.Method:The expreesion of BAG-1 in 80 NSCLC tissues and paired tumor - adjacent tissues were examined by immunohistochemical staining and RT-PCR.Results: The positive rates of BAG-1 in NSCLC tissues were significantly higher than that in tumor - adjacent tissues ,and the positive rates was also related to the differentiation degree . Conclusion : BAG-1 is the one of anti-apoptosis genes,and its, overexpression plays an important role in development and progression of NSCLC. It may become a new indicator of malignant degree and individualized treatment . |
