山东省50～60岁妇女宫内节育器相关KAP调查

目的：了解山东省50～60岁妇女对宫内节育器（IUD）的KAP情况。方法：对山东省8个县32个乡镇的7497名50～60岁妇女进行KAP调查。结果：50％以上的调查对象知晓IUD的部分适应证、禁忌证、优点、副作用及并发症，对于使用年限有35％的人知晓；调查对象IUD知识得分为44．39±25．94分，≥60分有2265人（30．2％）；对IUD满意与基本满意者占97．07％，不满意者仅占0．39％；放置IUD手术地点在乡级医院占47．62％，

Investigation on KAP of IUD among Women Aged from 50 to 60 Years Old in Shandong Province

Objective:To understand the situation of KAP of IUD among women aged from 50 to 60 years old in Shandong province.Methods:7,497 women(50-60 years old)from 8 counties and 32 towns were investigated with the structural questionnaires of KAP.Results:More than 50%of respondents were aware of parts of indications,contraindications,advantages, side effects and complications of IUD,and only 35%knew the useful life of IUD.The average score of IUD knowledge were 44.39±25.94,and 2,265 women(30.2%)got the scores of≥60.The satisfaction rate of IUD was 97.07%,while only 0.39%of subjects were unsatisfied with IUD.47.62%of subjects received IUD placement surgery at town hospitals, and 42.84%at town family planning service stations.Conclusion:It's necessary to develop the propaganda and intervention of IUD knowledge,improve professional skills of technical service staff,and pay more attentions to reproductive health of perimenopausal women.
