| 摘 要： | 慢性鼻-鼻窦炎是耳鼻咽喉科常见病,其发病机制尚未明确,许多病理研究证明慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻窦黏膜中大量嗜酸粒细胞浸润,同时伴有大量与嗜酸粒细胞密切相关的毒性颗粒蛋白及细胞因子,可能是鼻窦炎性病变的重要原因。本文综述了国内外近年来对嗜酸粒细胞在鼻窦炎发病机制中作用的研究现状。

| Abstract: | Chronic rhunosinusitis are common diseases in Otorhinolaryngology, of which the pathogencsy is still indefinite yet, lots of pathological rescarches has proved that there are a quantity of cosinophil infiltrating in the mucous membrane of chronic rhinosinusitis companyed by lots of toxic granulation protein and cytokines, which maybe the important causes resulting in inflananatory changes of sinusitis. This article reviews study status domestic and abroad about effect of eosinophil on the pathogencsy of chronic rhinosinusitis. |
