| 摘 要： | 本文对６５例ＮＩＤＤＭ患者的１２项免疫指标进行了测定。结果表明ＮＩＤＤＭ患者存在不同程度的免疫功能低下，合并感染者更趋明显，提示免疫功能缺陷是糖尿病易患各种感染的重要原因。这种异常改变与患者的长期高血糖状态有密切关系，纠正糖尿病人的糖代谢紊乱可改善其免疫功能。

| Abstract: | immunolgic indexs were measured in 65 cases with NIDDM and 42 normal controls. The results showed that the immune function was low in 65 diabetics and was even much lower in 34 cases with infections than those without infections. This data suggest that the defect in immune functions is an important cause which makes diabetic patients suffer from all kinds of infections easily. The abnormal changes were closely correlated with the chronic hyperglucemic state of patients. Correction of the disturbances in sugar metabolism might improve the immune function of diabetic patients. |
