| 摘 要： | 采用分级盐析、离子梯度层析、凝胶过滤等步骤从人胎盘组织中提纯了粗纤维调节素（Ｕｎｄｕｌｉｎ，Ｕｎ），经ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ和Ｗｅｓｔｅｒｎ印迹证实为一纯蛋白。以纯化的Ｕｎ免疫新西兰大白兔获得高效价抗血清．且与Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原及纤维连接蛋白均无明显交叉反应。制备的Ｕｎ及其抗血清可用于血清ＥＬＩＳＡ检测及免疫组化研究。

| Abstract: | Undulin was isolated from human placenta by fractional salt precitation and chromatographic purification, and characterized by using reduced and unreduced polyacrylamide gels and Western immunoblotting. A high titered antiserum was obtained by immunization of Newzeland rabbits with the purified preparation,and they showed no cross reaction with Type I,m collagen and fibronectin.The rabbit antiserum against Undulin are comfortable for ELISA and immunohistochemical studies. |
