摘    要:目的对余杭区农村饮用水现况进行调查,并对其中两个水厂的水源水与出厂水进行致突变检测,了解和分析全区农村饮用水的水质。方法在全区开展农村饮用水基本情况调查,并选择有代表性的20个监测点对水厂水源水、出厂水、管网水和分散式供水在丰、枯水期进行采样监测,共计224份样品,参照卫生部《生活饮用水水质卫生规范》(2001)进行评价。并且运用Ames试验对其中两个水厂的水源水和出厂水进行致突变性检测。结果完全处理供水的水质合格率为43.29%(42/97),部分处理(沉淀过滤)供水及未处理供水的水质合格率为22.83%(29/127),两者差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.12,P<0.05)。Ames试验结果表明H水厂水源水有机浓集物浓度为5.0L/皿时对TA98加或不加S9代谢活化物为阳性(回变率≥2),H水厂出厂水有机浓集物为2.5L/皿和5.0L/皿加或不加S9都呈阳性反应。结论非完全处理供水的水质合格率较低,其中H水厂水源水和出厂水存在不同程度的致突变性。
