西藏产冬虫夏草化学成分研究

 目的研究冬虫夏草［Cordyceps sinensis(Berk) Sacc.］的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱，从西藏产冬虫夏草石油醚、氯仿部分中分离得到8个化合物，经波谱分析，理化常数及与已知化合物对照，鉴定其结构。结果分别鉴定为棕榈酸(Ⅰ)、麦角甾醇(Ⅱ)、麦角甾醇过氧化物(Ⅲ)、胆甾醇(Ⅳ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅴ)、咖啡因(Ⅵ)、啤酒甾醇(Ⅶ)、N(2′羟基-二十四酰基)2-氨基-1,3,4 三羟基-十八-8E-烯(Ⅷ)。结论化合物Ⅵ，Ⅶ，Ⅷ为首次从本科植物中分离得到，且化合物Ⅷ为首次以单体形式分离得到。

Studies on chemical constituents of Cordyceps sinensis(Berk) Sacc.

OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Cordyceps sinensis (Berk) Sacc. METHODS The individual constituents were isolated and repeatedly purified on silica gel column and structurally elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. RESULTS Eight compounds were obtained and identified as palmitie acid (Ⅰ),erogosterol (Ⅱ)，ergosterol 5α,8α-peroside(Ⅲ)，cholesterol(Ⅳ)，β-sitosterol(Ⅴ)，caffeine(Ⅵ)，cereisterol(Ⅶ)，N-(2′hydroxy-tetracosanoyl) 2-amino-1，3，4-trihydroxy-octadec-8-E-ene (Ⅷ). CONCLUSION Compounds Ⅵ，Ⅶ and Ⅷ were obtained from Cordyceps Linn. For the first time and Ⅷ was isolated for the first time as a monome.
