| 摘 要： | 目的：检测关节型银屑病患者外外周血中VEGF水平的改变，探讨其与PASI评分、治疗前后的关系。方法：采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫技术（ELISA）检测23例关节病型银屑病患者治疗前、中、治疗后血清中VEGF水平。另检测了23例正常人血清中的VEGF水平作为对照组。结果：关节病型银屑病患者血清中VEGF水平较正常对照组显著增高（P〈0．001），治疗前后患者血清中VEGF水平有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论：VEGF在关节病型银屑病发病机制中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:The changes of serum vascular endothelial growth factor VEGF levels in psoriasis arthropathica were measured, and the relationship among cytokins,PASI and treatment were studied.Methods: Levels of VEGF in sera was measured by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in patients with psoriasis arthropathica before and after treatment and normal controls.Results: Serum levels of VEGF were significantly increased in patients with psoriasis arthropathica as compared with normal controls(P<0.001),and there was significant difference between two groups of before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions: The VEGF may be very important to the pathogenesis of psoriasis arthropathica. |
