红曲菌保健作用的研究

摘    要:应用糖化力试验表明,红曲菌能在不同淀粉的液体和固体培养基中生长并争解淀粉产生还原糖,红曲菌培养物滤液对乳酸菌的生长有促进作用能延缓乳酸菌的衰老死亡;红曲菌与大肠杆菌试管内混合培养以后,两者有相互促进作用,这些与红曲菌的糖化作用有关,为其它细菌生长繁殖提供营养。

Abstract:Monascus purpureus is the main strain which can manufacture Hong QU.It could produce amylase,had strong saccharification,and could supply streptococcus faecalis with nutrients.The filtrate of the culture of M.purpureus had the promotive effect on the growth of S.faecalis and could postpone its senility.When M.purpureus were cultured with Escherichia coli together,they could promoted each other.M.purpureus could live in the intestine of mice,and the LD 50 of its filtrate of culture in mice by intragastric was more than 120ml/kg.These results indicated that M.purpureus could play the role in the treatment of intestinal diseases,and showed its foreground for cure and health.
