| 摘 要： | 目的：评价晚期不能手术的胰腺癌患者应用三维适形放射治疗的近期疗效。方法：对63例晚期不能手术的胰腺癌患者进行了三维适形放射治疗，总结分析了治疗的疗效和近期生存率。结果：此组患者治疗后背痛缓解率为82．5％，近期总有效率为88．9％，1年生存率62．8％，1．5年生存率为48．5％。结论：三维适形放射治疗能明显缓解晚期胰腺癌患者的症状，是一种安全可靠有效的治疗方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the treatment effects of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy on advanced,unresectable pancreatic cancer. Methods:Clinical effects,1-year survival rates and 1.5-year survival rates in 63 patients with advanced pancreatic cancer,were analized.Results:The back pain relief rate was 82.5% after treatmant by three dimensional conformal radiotherapy.Efficacious ratio(CR+PR) was 88.9%.The 1-year and 1.5-year survival rates were 62.8% and 48.5%,respectively. Conclution:Three dimensional conformal radiotherapy which is a safe and effective treatment, can alleviate symptoms in patients with advanced ,unresectable pancreatic cancer. [ |
