生活事件及心理中介因素与十二指肠溃疡病的关系

目的：本文对十二指肠溃疡患者的生活事件、个性特征、社会支持以及心理防御机制进行对照研究，以探讨心理中介因素与十二指肠溃疡的关系。方法：采用生活事件量表、艾森克人格问卷、社会支持评定量表、防御方式问卷对５９例十二指肠溃疡患者和４８例正常健康者进行评定。结果：十二指肠溃疡组体验负性事件更为严重，个性掩饰度大，较少采用成熟的心理防御机制，但客观性社会支持比正常对照组多。同时，相关分析结果显示心理防御机制与个性、社会支持相关联。结论：十二指肠溃疡患者尽管病后有较多的客观性社会支持，但因其个性掩饰性大，较少使用成熟防御机制，故面临外界刺激时易受影响，从而影响疾病的发展和预后。

Life Events and Psychological Mediators in Patients with Duodenal Ulcer

Objective:To investigate life events, personality, social support and psychologicaldefense of duodenal ulcer( Du) patients in order to understand the relationship between psychological mediators and duodenal ulcer. Method:Fifty-nine patients with Du and fourty-eight healthy persons were rated with Life Events Scales (LES), Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ),Social Support Appraisal Questionnaire, and Defense Style Questionnaire (DSQ). Results: Du patients and controls experienced similar number of potentially stressful life events. However, Du patients perceived a greater impact of negative life events. The scores on the L Scale of the EPQ in Du patients were higher than the controls. Furthermore, Du patients were less likely to endorse mature defense. Nevertheless, the scores of objective social support were higher in the Du than control group. The study showed that psychological defense correlated with personality and support significantly. Conclusion: Due to their personality (higher scores on the L Scale) and tendency to endorse less mature defenses, Du patients are more likely to be affected in face of external stimili, which may also affect the development and prognosis of Du.
