| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨事前智商在脑外伤后智力损伤司法鉴定中的应用价值。方法：采用中国修订韦氏成人智力量表分析系统对１７名智测合作的脑外伤患者的伤前与伤后智力进行比较。结果：部分脑外伤者的ＩＱ值虽在正常或边界智力水平，但他们伤后的总智商或分量表智商显著低于伤前智商（Ｐ＜０．０５），表明这些患者在脑外伤后存在着某种程度或某方面的智力受损。结论：事前智商是鉴定脑外伤后智力损害的一种客观的辅助评估手段。

| Abstract: | Objective: To examine the use of premorbid intelligence in the judicial evaluation ofpost traumatic brain injury. Method:A total of 17 patients suffering from post-traumatic brain injury were assessed by the WAIS-RC after the injury.Results: Although some of the patients acquired scores of intelligence within the normal and borderline range, both of their Full-Scale IQ(FIQ) and Sub-Scale IQ(VIQ,PIQ) scores were significantly lower than their premorbid levels, showing adverse effects on different aspects of their intelligence. Conclusion: The results demonstrate the relevance of premorbid intelligence in the objective evaluation of post traumtic brain injury. |
