| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨运用应急预案、提高急诊护士应急能力在应对突发卫生公共事件救治中的可行性及护理要点。方法：运用应急预案中的分组法对本地区近年来的7宗突发卫生公共事件，与传统的应对方式相比较分析，观察应对过程中的有序性、条理性、效率及质量。结果：与传统应对方式相比，其有序性、条理性好，工作效率及质量明显提高。结论：说明提高急诊护士应急能力及建立应急预案，在应对突发卫生公共事件中起到积极的作用。
