乳腺外Paget’s病的诊断和治疗分析

目的：探讨乳腺外Paget’s病的临床特点，以提高对该病的诊治水平。方法：对1984～2007收治的45例乳腺外Paget’s病患者进行回顾性分析。结果：术前经病理证实，手术采用扩大切除病灶，用游离皮片移植或局部随意皮瓣等整形方法修复病灶切除后遗留的缺损，38例患者伤口愈合良好，局部形态及功能满意。结论：对于难治性湿疹要及时活检确诊，对确诊为乳腺外Paget’s病的患者以整形外科手术为主要的治疗方式。

Plastic surgical treatment and analysis of extramammary Paget's disease

Objective To prove the clinical features of extramammary Paget＇s disease, and improve the clinical management. Methods Basing on the documents of 45 cases of extramammary Paget＇s disease from 1984N2007, we analyzed the clinical features and treatments. Results Extended excise the focus, then repair the skin absence with the methods of plastic surgery, such as free skin grafting, local random skin flap. The wound healing was satisfactory in 38 cases, the image and function were fairly good. Conclusion Carry out biopsy as early as possible for persistent eczema, and plastic surgery is the best treatment for extramammary Paget＇s disease.
