| 摘 要： | 目的:探索地龙活性蛋白的免疫、造血功能和抗肿瘤作用。方法:给小鼠接种肿瘤细胞后随机分为灌服地龙活性蛋白给药组,同法同等剂量清水对照组,连续服用20d。观察动物的肿瘤发生率、存活率、生存期、生存动态曲线、抑瘤率、巨噬细胞吞噬功能、淋巴细胞转化、B细胞反应、造血祖细胞变化。结果:给药组动物的肿瘤发生率低于对照组(20.0%-33.3%),存活率高于对照组(20.0%-39.0%),生存期明显延长;生存动态曲线明显抬高;抑瘤率为27.0%-48.0%。并提高巨噬细胞吞噬功能,促进淋巴细胞转化,增强B细胞反应;对骨髓造血祖细胞的功能有明显促进。结论:提示地龙活性蛋白可用于肿瘤患者辅助治疗。
