摘    要:目的探讨第一跖背动脉筋膜蒂逆行皮瓣修复拇趾趾端缺损临床效果。方法设计、切取第一跖背动脉筋膜蒂逆行皮瓣修复7例拇趾趾端缺损患者,缺损面积2 cm×2.5 cm~3 cm×3.5 cm,皮瓣大小2.5 cm×3cm~3.5 cm×4.5 cm。结果 7例均获随访,时间4~20个月,皮瓣均完全成活,患者拇趾趾端创面均获得良好覆盖,皮瓣质地、弹性、色泽均正常,耐磨、耐压。无溃疡发生。蒂部不臃肿。结论第一跖背动脉筋膜蒂逆行皮瓣修复拇趾趾端缺损手术相对简单、安全,皮瓣厚度适中、弹性好、色泽好、耐磨、耐压,可防止溃疡,临床效果满意。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect that the flap with the first metatarsal dorsal artetry and pedicle of anadesma reversed repair the defect of distal hallux. Methods The flap with the first metatarsal dorsal artery and pedicel of anadesma was designed and harvested to repair 7 eases of defect of distal hall ux. Defect areae was 2 cm ×2.5 cm~3 cm×3.5 cm, the flap size was 2.5 cm×3 cm~3.5 cm×4.5 cm. Results All cases were followed up for 4 × 20 months. All flaps survived,and the raw surface were repaired. The flaps possessed good texture and flexibil-ity. Their colours matched the recipient site. No case had successive ulcers. The pedicle were not fat and clumsy. Conclusions The flap possesses the good quality and its colour match the recipient site, which can resist abrade andwith stand presure, and then prevent the ulcers and injuries. The operation is easy and safe, clinical effect is satisfac-tion.
