摘    要:目的 研究患手足口病儿童的血清细胞因子水平的变化情况并探讨其临床意义.方法 2012年5月至2013年1月收治的手足口病患儿241例,分为普通组和重症组,进行病原学检测,同时采用Luminex 液相芯片方法检测患儿血清中的白细胞介素2、6、10(IL-2、IL-6、IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和干扰素γ(IFN-γ).结果 重症组比普通组IL-2 、IL-6、IL-10 和TNF-α明显升高(P<0.01);分别为8.71(21.88) μg/L vs 4.91(9.4) μg/L、18.78(42.02) μg/L vs 10.42(13.59) μg/L、7.98(18.77) vs 5.55(8.32) μg/L、28.73(64.48) vs 17.67(36.5) μg/L,而IFN-γ的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 手足口病重症病例存在细胞因子水平变化,提示与炎症和抗炎反应相关的细胞因子可能参与了重症病例疾病进展的过程.

Abstract:Objective To research the changes of cytokines in hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD) patients. Methods Retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 241 cases of HFMD, who were divided into two groups: severe cases and general cases,to detect five cytokines: interleukin(IL-2), IL-6, IL-10, tumor necrosis factor- α(TNF-α) ,and interferon-7(IFN-7) simultaneously by Luminex multiplexed assays. Results There were 134. severe cases and 107 general cases,the result showed that the levels of IL-2, IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α in severe cases were higher than those of general cases,and the differences were significant,respectively 8.71(21.88) μg/L vs )l. 91(9.4) μg/L, 18.78(42.02) μg/L vs 10.42(13.59) μg/L,7. 98(18. 77) vs 5.55(8.32) μg/L,28. 73(64. 48) vs 17.67(36.5) μg/L ( P 〈0.05) ,but no significant differences of IFN-7 level existed between the two groups. Conclusion Some cytokines increase in children with severe HFMD, indicating that inflammatory cytokines and anti-inflammatory cytokines reaction may play important role in the pathogenesis of severe cases in HFMD.
