摘    要:目的探讨在心理干预基础上同伴教育对糖尿病足(DF)患者抑郁情绪的影响。方法采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)对在住院治疗的DF患者进行评估,将伴有轻、中度抑郁的患者随机分为两组:心理干预组(A组)和心理干预+同伴教育组(B组)进行干预,为期12周,两组患者均给予DF标准治疗。比较两组患者SDS评分及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分在干预前后的变化情况。结果与干预前比较,两组SDS评分及VAS评分均有明显的改善。与A组比较,B组SDS评分和VAS评分下降更明显(P0.01或0.05)。结论在相同药物治疗基础上,与单纯心理干预比较,在心理干预的基础上进行同伴教育可更显著地改善DF伴发抑郁情绪患者的SDS评分及VAS评分。

Abstract:Objective To explore the impact of peer education on depression in patients with diabetic foot(DF) on the basis of psychological intervention.Methods Using Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)to evaluate the inpatients with DF.The patients with mild or moderate depression were divided randomly into two groups:group A (psychological intervention)and group B (psychological intervention and peer education),the interventions were lasted for 1 2 weeks.Both groups were given standard treatment of DF.SDS score index and VAS scores were compared between two groups before and after intervention.Results SDS score and VAS score in group B reduced significantly compared with group A(P〈0.01 or 〈0.05).Conclusion Compared with the simple psychological intervention,peer education on the basis of psychological intervention might effectively improve SDS score and VAS score.
