心理干预基础上同伴教育对糖尿病足患者抑郁情绪的影响

目的探讨在心理干预基础上同伴教育对糖尿病足(DF)患者抑郁情绪的影响。方法采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)对在住院治疗的DF患者进行评估,将伴有轻、中度抑郁的患者随机分为两组:心理干预组(A组)和心理干预+同伴教育组(B组)进行干预,为期12周,两组患者均给予DF标准治疗。比较两组患者SDS评分及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分在干预前后的变化情况。结果与干预前比较,两组SDS评分及VAS评分均有明显的改善。与A组比较,B组SDS评分和VAS评分下降更明显(P0.01或0.05)。结论在相同药物治疗基础上,与单纯心理干预比较,在心理干预的基础上进行同伴教育可更显著地改善DF伴发抑郁情绪患者的SDS评分及VAS评分。

Impact of peer education on diabetic foot patients with depression on basis of psychological intervention

Objective To explore the impact of peer education on depression in patients with diabetic foot（DF） on the basis of psychological intervention.Methods Using Self-rating Depression Scale（SDS）to evaluate the inpatients with DF.The patients with mild or moderate depression were divided randomly into two groups：group A （psychological intervention）and group B （psychological intervention and peer education）,the interventions were lasted for 1 2 weeks.Both groups were given standard treatment of DF.SDS score index and VAS scores were compared between two groups before and after intervention.Results SDS score and VAS score in group B reduced significantly compared with group A（P〈0.01 or 〈0.05）.Conclusion Compared with the simple psychological intervention,peer education on the basis of psychological intervention might effectively improve SDS score and VAS score.
